Do you like to sleep?

There were 6 of us at the table that night, and the question was asked. Do you like to sleep?
4 out of 6 said no.

I do not like to sleep. To be honest, it has to do with all the dreams that I have. While some of them are cool, most are not. Most are scary, upsetting, and down right evil. I also find it hard to begin the sleep process. Here is mine:

1. Lay in bed.
2. Watch the walls (car lights dance on my walls)
3. Did I turn off the coffee maker? (get out of bed and check)
4. Lay back in bed.
5. Watch the walls again.
6. Count the car lights
7. Roll over to the right side.
8. Roll over on tummy.
9. Roll over on back.
10. Watch the walls.
11. Wake up.

What do I do while laying in bed. My thoughts are going nuts, I can never ever turn them off.

What I have found to be the most effective way to fall asleep is to be totally exhausted. Stay up for several hours. 19 hours awake normally shuts me down for 6 hours of sleep.

Crazy Hours -
Thursday 11am spoke with my father via IM.
Friday at 2 pm - 26 hours later, I was exhausted, I thought I will watch an episode of a show.
Friday at 3 pm - Woke up in the worst position, neck and hand was killing me, fell asleep in the chair.
Friday at 11pm - Went back to bed - really really exhausted. Pulled the covers up and I was gone.
Saturday at 4 pm - Woke up and started my day. The only thing was I felt weird all day. I was shaky and cold, not the normal cold, but down right cold.
